Your role will extend to ensuring compliance of food safety legislation, cost effective ordering, implementing menu designs and maintaining Occupational Health & Safety standards.
The successful candidate will be a qualified chef with experience in a fast paced kitchen environment, sound knowledge of purchasing and ordering and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong people management and communication skills are essential for this role.
